Wrong or Damaged Product
If you received the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us via email:
Please return the item to our return address and upon passing inspection as being a mistake, the product will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are fully confident that our products are of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied (or you simply wish to change the size or colour, for instance), you may return or exchange your order within 90 days of the delivery date.
The following conditions apply:
Unworn, Unwashed, with Tags Attached. All returned items must be in the original product packaging and in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Any return that does not comply with these requirements will be refused.
Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN). Once you have shipped your Return to our Returns Department, please fulfill the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) form below. The ASN form should be filled out prior to us receiving your return. For returns that arrive at our facility that does not have a corresponding ASN form completed, we will charge a restocking fee of $25 per shipment.
We highly recommend using a reliable shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) that provides proof of delivery and insurance in case the package is lost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are not refundable. We do not send out return shipping labels.
Return for Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 1 business day. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to issuing your refund.

Please inform us via email what size/color you need.
You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center. Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, your exchange will be shipped to you with no additional shipping charge.
If you wish to receive your exchange as quickly as possible then please return your item for a refund and reorder the item you would like in exchange.
