Rothco's Soft Shell Jackets feature a breathable 100% Fleece lining, which offers breathable comfort while retaining body heat and providing moisture wicking capabilities. These jackets feature zipper closures, hook & loop wrist cuffs, patch attachments and a concealed hood.
